A good planning is necessary for the supply of good quality plants of various species in specified number in the planting season from mid-June to the end of July. It is important to accept that the objectives may have to be modified as planning proceeds. The officials must make use farmers local knowledge to ensure that the plan is realistic. The plan must state the details of resources needed in time of infrastructure, tools and equipment, expendable materials including seeds, laborers.
