If u are looking for a good seed mix..then go for it…it goes really well with oat meal or chia pudding…adds a nice nutty flavour….also can also munched as a snack..

Package was full of Ants, I had to throw away the true elements pack as I could not keep ants in the house. I have tried these seeds earlier, they are good, but have to give one star coz I lost all my money as the product is not returnable. Complete breach of trust.

Product excellent but Not worth buying this product from Amazon.
I paid Rs.120/- locally while I had to pay Rs. 158/- for the same product from Amazon.
So please be careful while buying products on Amazon.

The protein mix from true elements is a great healthy snack option for all time. It has a salty taste,the seeds in here are good source of protein. This mix can be had with salads or with any other food to give it a nice punch of taste or it can be had as it is as a snack. Overall loved the product,will surely repurchase.

I ordered Protein Mix. Everyone in our family liked it.. Healthy snack for kids..
Cons:
– Its bit costly for 125g
– I wanted to re order this product again and try other varieties like Anti – Oxidant mix , but the seller has made minimum order quantity as 2 which is sad.. While trying it for first time why would someone order 2 packets(As on July 2020). Hope the seller revise the policy and remove the quantity restrictions.
Finally it would be great if they could come up with 250g packet. Right now they either have 125g or 500g
