The fruit picker is quick and easy to assemble, yet it is easy to use. When it arrived at our place, I assembled it and began picking fruits from our tall guava and custard apple trees.
In no time, I learned to use this tool effectively and picked fruits efficiently. The integrated basket did not let the fruit fall to the ground and protected them from damage.
One observation: picking guavas was more manageable than picking custard apples. I had to pick the latter before they were ripe to ensure the fruits could be picked. When I tried to pick the fully ripe, soft fruits, with a quick pull on the fruit, instead of fruit separating from the stem, the anchors ripped the fruit apart. But it isn’t a shortcoming of the tool; picking such soft fruits (mangoes, sapota, etc.) a few days earlier is an easy solution.

Good value and usage for plucking mangoes.
Excellent when used standing below the tree.
Only complaint is – the length should be a bit longer by about 2 feet.
Joints are vey plasticky and come off. They should be sturdier.
