They cut. They are in a case for storage. There is a screwdriver supplied to change blades if wanted. Fabulous. Not sure why others have complained. But I love these. Arrived quickly, 3 days before expected delivery date. 5 stars from me. Am a vineyard worker and these are brilliant for grapevines, roses and fruit trees for pencil thick graftings. Any bigger and you will need to pay more or buy a knife and graft the old way.

Cutting blade is not good… After cutting it will get damages.. totally not a worthy product…just waste of money

Well, this is ok. But, I am unable to get any positive result, because I am not professional in this field. May be problem in Root stock and Scion selection. Once I will get that formula, then I would be smiling. Till that time, I am struggling with this tool. The Tapes are not upto the mark. They are breaking. I am using electric tape. I don’t know how to use plastic bands. Ha ha. Very funny tool.
