The orchid plants don’t look in great state.. Also I had ordered for a plant with flowers there are no flowers and the leaves too are falling off.. Not happy with what I received.. Please arrange for a refund

The Orchid plants were half dead when received besides it had no flowers/buds as advertised. Very disappointed.
