Extremely Disappointed with Kyari – Unprofessional and Pathetic Experience
I recently ordered plants from Kyari, and I have to say this has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, their service was utterly unprofessional.
The delivery management is absolutely pathetic – delayed timelines, no proper tracking, and zero communication. I had to follow up multiple times just to get a basic update, and every time I was met with vague or no responses.
What’s worse is the complete lack of responsibility and customer support. The relationship managers (RMs) were not helpful at all – unresponsive, disinterested, and clearly not trained to handle customer concerns. It felt like once they got my money, they simply didn’t care.
I ordered with excitement, expecting a smooth and pleasant experience. Instead, I was left feeling helpless and fed up. Kyari seriously needs to work on their logistics, customer service, and overall professionalism if they want to survive in this space. Right now, it’s just a disaster.
I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the Kyari team. Customers deserve better.
