I love this stuff! Fantastic for mango pulp, but I also use it often in cooking a wide variety of things. I just reheated some leftover leg of lamb and glazed it with this mango pulp, and wow, what a treat! It does seem to have a very slight metallic taste compared to my Trader Joe’s organic frozen mango that I also use, but that hasn’t stopped me from ordering it again and again. Never made mango pudding but I’m going to try that after reading a review mentioning it. I love to add crystallized ginger to mango desserts.

Swad Brand is good but Alphonso Mango pulp like Maaza Mango. Never try it as Mango pulp, colour of pulp is good but Taste is Maaza don’t trust.
