Sunflower Kernels were rancid halving bad taste.poor quality not expected.

Seeds are consistent large and puffed up. Mild salty, and crunchy. Have reordered.

tastes very nice, sweet and salty, it has a coating of flour on it making it crunchy.

The pumpkin seeds are genuinely great, fresh, taste good too. Absolutely worth it.

The product is delicious & extremely addictive.
The downsides are that it is literally like sunflower seed miniature pakodis/bhajjiyas.
The coating batter is made of maida (made of wheat), processed sugar and chemicals of added colour. (If the colour was “natural” one doesn’t need to add “E-150a” chemical)
It is not for Diabetics, weight watchers, keto followers, insulin resistant people or those with other medical issues. Also, it is very high in calories.
If calories, sugars, chemicals & maida bother you, it is better to buy raw sunflower seeds & roast it yourself in a dash of ghee/olive oil/butter/coconut oil or just dry roast & add your spices. You will save your money as well as your health.
On the other hand, if the above info is ok with you, and you want to just treat yourself with a delicious, tasty treat…then go ahead! The product is super tasty!
I would definitely buy it as a special treat sometimes. Yummy!

Im NOT a “healthy snack” type of person. Nor am I a bird……But…. This is fantastic to eat instead of chips n other snacks when you’re feeling “chewy” . Extremely tasty and satisfying.
