I ordered dry fruits from Amazon but dry fruits Quality is very bed , i want to return but Amazon is not returning. my suggestion Amazon platform is not good then in future never will believe Amazon.

I am appalled and disappointed with the Kaju Pista Badam Akhrot Kismis I received from Amazon. The product was not only Bad Dryfruits but also had an unpleasant odor and appearance, making it inedible.
Moreover, I’m concerned about the safety and hygiene standards maintained by the seller. The packaging was compromised, and the contents were exposed, which raises serious doubts about the product’s safety for consumption.
I demand a full refund and expect Amazon to take immediate action against the seller for compromising customer safety and satisfaction. As a customer, I expect Amazon to ensure that all products, especially food items, meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
