That’s a lot of flax seeds. I understand that they are part of the essential seeds but that was too much of them. I could not the whole content of the packet.

The high quality of the product genuinely surprised me. The seeds and cranberries were fresh, crunchy, with adequate flavour and no added salt or sugar. It’s great for mixing into your regular bowl of oats for added taste and nutrition.

More than half of it is only flaxseeds and remaining is mix of the other 3 seeds. Not at all value for money.

The product contains good quality seeds nd cranberries… I brought it several times, it’s healthy nd tasty… One can eat it without mixing in anything… These days all the good brands are degrading their quality… So i really hope they keep up with the good work of providing healthy foods at affordable range… So that a vast majority of population can get the benefit…
