I have received the item without the connecting part. But I am very happy that Manufacturers told me that they will provide this part. I am really thankful to them for their co- operation and helping nature. All the parts are very strong and very helpful to pluck fruits

First of all amazon packing was in tact. The product looks good and I hope that the product will serve the purpose. Blade sharpness is good. Fruit plucker also looks good. I have just opened and make it a pol full length. Little bit heavy but I can mange it.

Product is good. Useful. But there’s a problem
Very difficult to tighten and loosen the rods. It gets often stuck and you may have to use even spanner/ pipe range to loosen.
Difficult for a old man like me. Thank you

The product is good. The build material looks promising. The delivery was also quick with strong packing. The only down side which I felt is the weight. Well to be honest it is bit heavier so you’ll have to get used to this but that counterweights the quality so try for yourself.
