• Sturdy Rust Resistant Metal Frame : Strong body frame made of metal and powder coated to prevent rusting, abnormal wear tear. The tool is designed for repeated and long duration use. The metal frame is equipped with processed cotton net which is strong enough for holding 3-5 kg of fruits and last for long time without tearing or breaking loose. The size of the frame is 10 inch by 8 inch to get into the fruit area easily
• Cotton Net Advantage : Capacity of Net / Fruit Basket to hold 3-5 kgs of harvested fruit at one time depending on type of fruit. Cotton net is safe to use and avoids contamination of the fruit when fruit is harvested in any plastic net. Cotton net is flexible and avoids any marks or strain on harvested fruits. • Spring Steel Blades : This tool frame has two angling sharp cutting blade for clean harvesting of fruits by cutting the long stalk of the fruit from tree branches. One set of blade included with the tool for future use. High quality 2 Pronged strong steel blades have 12 mm width in between to position the stalk of the fruit comfortably. Blades can be re-sharpened as it is made from strong spring steel.
• Attaching Pole : The head has a connecting pipe with two screws of 1.5 inch length with nuts and bolts to fix any long pole securely. Pole made of either fiber composite material, aluminum pipe or bamboo as required of any length to reach higher branches of fruit tree can be fixed by customers separately. Fruits can be harvested from various heights without much effort strain and avoids use of ladders which can be dangerous on the unlevelled mango fields. • Multi Use Harvester : Primarily designed for mango, this tool can easily be used to harvest other fruits like Star Fruit, Avocado, Guava, Pears, Amla any any small fruit having long stalk which can be cut by the blades of the harvester
• Care & Storage : After each use wipe of the blade and frame with a cloth to clean the debris, sap and dust. Apply oil to the blades after cleaning, to maintain its rustfree sharpness and efficacy. Use blade sharpner to clean and resharpen the blades. Store the tool in a secure place away from rats to avoid damage to cotton net
