The quality of grass is not good. Grasses are fallen off, it is loosely fitted. There is a foul smell coming out of the grass mat. Not recommended.

The item was packaged well and exact measurement mat was sent. The quality is very good, soft green grass and it completely transformed my balcony and it looks very nice. Thanks to the seller and Amazon😊

Received 25mm instead of 35mm. The quality is very average and not a premium or high density grass as mentioned. Grass coming off quite easily. The two 5×7 and 4×7 sheets I ordered came folded instead of a roll and the creases look terrible after installation. Better to buy in a shop which sells for the same price but better quality.

Received one single piece of 2×21 feet artificial grass. It has enhance the look of our Balcony. Product seems sturdy. Initially it gives some kind of pungent smell after installation. since it’s outdoor the smell has reduce after some time. It was good to read Vendor makes 5% as charity on the sale price. Packing was good. Amazon delivery agent was also very polite. THANKYOU FRESH FROM LOOM and THANKYOU AMAZON.

We redocorated our balcony with these artifical grass mats and we now sit there more often in the nature away from phones.
Reducing 1 star only due to difference in color of 2 mats. If you are going only for one, this won’t be an issue at all.

✅ Easy to clean (preferred mode is vacuum cleaning)
✅ The mat is sturdy and does not move much unless adjusted.
✅ Size is as ordered

❌ We got delivered 2 different colors of grass (we did not exchange as we were ok with it)
❌ The mat drops a lot of stray grass strands which might be a little difficult to clean
