Nice price for this plant.. I was in good condition, I has some dots on the leaves and some leaves had fallen off.. need to wait and see how it grows.. decent packaging

Was pessimistic about it surviving the journey- took over a week and was a bit delayed. Expected a half-dead plant since I have had received dead/half-dead plants shipped from my closer places..
Instead, got one that is green, fresh, and without any soil spillage or leaf damage. Looked almost as if it came directly from the nursery today and not something shipped from Kerala.
The plant is thriving and got some praise for it. Will buy more from the seller.

I have ordered 9 indoor plants from Four Seasons. I want to summarize my experience in the following points:
1. Impeccable packing – I am ordering in Amazon for more than 10 years and never experienced such a professional packing before on any product. They exceeded my expectations with the quality, sturdiness and the care they have shown in their packing. When I unpacked the plants it looked as if I bought them from a local nursery 10 mins back. Kudos.
2. Quality of Indoor Plants: Plants were fresh, of decent size and well maintained. They keep different varieties of houseplants and I have never seen such a high level of upkeep. Will order again in this week.
3. Delivery time and Personalized message: Four Seasons left a personalized care message in every box, which really impressed me. They delivered before time that was also something beyond my expectation.
I am really impressed by their professionalism and the fact that they have walked the extra mile to delight me. Keep up the great quality and service.

Very happy with the condition in which the plant was delivered. Impeccable packing and a good healthy plant was provided. I had ordered another plant along with this, that wasn’t delivered in such a great condition, it was a bit dried, but it will survive.

I ordered L size xanadu plant. The plant was delivered as per schedule and the plant also looks healthy. The packaging was good and the plant was not harmed during transition. However I m not happy with the size of the plant. For L size, the plant is very small and expensive too.
The seller should note this.

I feel excited by delivery of plant but to my excitement plant is not at all healthy….I tried in all ways to save the plant..but in two months total plant died…..very disappointed for me…

Disappointed and disheartened to see that most of the leaves had turned brown. Removed those brown leaves and now left with 2 half brown and only one green leaf. Of The other 2 one was perfectly fine while the other had brown leaves. I hope the plant survives.
