Well packed. Following the instructions, the plant has responded well and growing. Plant had many healthy leaves on arrival. It has started growing already. The pot is too small to hold it beyond a month, after which it has to be repotted.

I have purchased plants from Ugaoo before and what I liked about them is that the plants arrived in perfect condition as if just picked up from a nursery. Not the case this time. It looked like the plant had been just taken from a polybag and put inside the pot, instead of properly repotting with coco peat as they normally do. The root ball just had the red clayey soil, and most of the pot was empty. The red soil was all over the leaves and I had to wash the plant. The plant was not very healthy either.

What to say UGAOO simply pierced my heart. The packaging was immaculate. Directives written on outside how to unwrap. Had ordered 2 plants and were properly packed and handed over by a polite delivery person. Plant has some jelly type substance in soil probably to hydrate during travels. Plant and pot was in pristine condition. Will buy more and keep it up UGAOO
