The product is supposed to have a lot of benefits, especially for the ladies.
Found RR Agro Garden Cress seeds at a good deal at Amazon.
However, traditionally it is known locally as Halem seeds.
Checked and found the same to be available in D’ Mart and is very affordable.

Garden cressseeds are good quality but there are so many minute stones in it that I won’t buy it next time. It took me forever to clean. Almost like 1tbsp seeds had 1tsp of stones in them.

I bought this to try to improve my hair health. This is the first day of use, so I cannot comment on that.
The product seems clean though there are some greyish seeds in it. This is evident in the second photo. It has a smell like ajwain.
I wash and soak 1 tsp overnight and drink after adding a squeeze of lemon in the morning. Quite easy to drink. Quite easy to clean the 1 tsp by picking out any unwanted particles before soaking.
This is an ingredient along with fenugreek, njavara rice and herbs in Karkkadaka Kanji, a rejuvenation treatment for monsoon. The required quantity is low, around 1 tsp. to obtain its benefits.
Will post effect on hair after 45 days if possible.
It is also supposed to help reduce blood glucose.

First attempt none of the seeds terminated! Unexplained but then I had another go and it worked.
